Flexible Arrival Days We do not restrict you arriving on a certain day of the week, this policy enables our guests to save hundreds of pounds by choosing flights at cheaper periods. Rental Terms Minimum Rental period 5 days (except peak periods when it is 7 days).If you have different requirements please email us and we will try to accommodate you. The prices quoted are inclusive of all bedding, towels and cleaning. Includes Use of Computer with Wireless Broadband Internet Connection A £100 security deposit is required with the booking, this will be refunded after your stay provided there are no breakages or excessive cleaning required and the keys are returned within 10 days of the end of your stay. The full amount must be paid 6 weeks prior to the start of the booking (please note the security deposit should not be deducted from the rental price ) The apartment will be available from 15:30 on the day of arrival and should be vacated by 10:30 on the day of departure to allow cleaning staff access.
