A reliable and (typically Swiss) punctual rail service is available from the airport to Villars, the fare is approx CHF 85 and you will need to change at Bex for the mountain train. (Some services also require a change at Lausanne). The Journey takes about 2 hours 20 minutes. You will then need to take a taxi to the apartment. The European motorway network makes driving (via the Channel tunnel or ferry ) a real alternative now, some approximate timings are as follows, its about an 8 hour drive from Calais or about 4 hours from Paris.
